1. Fill a bucket with 10 liters of water.
2. Add 3 caps of LACUNA® PPF Shampoo and mix.
3. Use a soft microfiber wash mitt to clean the surface.
4. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a clean microfiber cloth.

Avoid brush-based automatic washes, as they can introduce micro-scratches. Touchless car washes are safer, but hand washing with PPF-safe products is always recommended.

Proper aftercare extends the lifespan of your PPF, maintaining its self-healing properties, hydrophobic effect, and UV resistance. Regular cleaning and protection prevent contamination buildup, ensuring the film performs optimally for years.

1. Using harsh chemicals – Stick to pH-neutral products.
2. Applying wax or ceramic coatings not designed for PPF – Use PPF-specific treatments only.
3. Scrubbing with rough sponges – Always use microfiber towels.
4. Directing high-pressure washers at edges – This can cause lifting over time.
5. Skipping routine cleaning – Dirt buildup can cause staining and etching on the film.

LACUNA® PPF Shampoo is pH-neutral and formulated with fruit extracts, providing deep cleaning without degrading the film’s hydrophobic properties. Unlike standard shampoos, it preserves the film’s self-healing function.

1. Spray 9 times onto a microfiber cloth.
2. Gently apply the product across the PPF surface.
3. Use the dry side of the cloth to buff the surface.

Wash at least once every two weeks to prevent dirt buildup and contamination. If driving in high-pollution or dusty areas, increase frequency to weekly washing.
